Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange, except as required by law.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- License codes
- On-demand items or customizations
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer without prior approval from us.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Applicable to EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason, unless the product is excluded from this right. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you receive your item.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within a few business days and credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank account again if you haven’t received a refund.
- Contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

4. Sale Items
Refunds are only issued for the amount shown on the purchase receipt, provided the item is returned within 30 calendar days in its original condition.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at web@gmzspain.com and wait for our response with collection and exchange instructions.
6. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the returned item.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
7. Shipping Returns
To return a product, email us at web@gmzspain.com and wait for return instructions.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
- For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
